Kelly-Moore Paint Co.'s headquarters will be moving from the Bay Area to Dallas-Fort Worth after the city of Irving in Texas approved an economic incentive package.

Gassenheimer stated that locating the corporate headquarters of the company near its production facilities would allow for "even better innovation and production."
He added that the combination of Kelly-Moore’s 157 retail outlets in Northern California and Southwest, along with its excellence in manufacturing, distribution, and sales, all based in Texas, was a recipe for Kelly-Moore’s continued national success.
Kelly-Moore has over 1,200 employees and a revenue of more than $340 millions.
