Over the Memorial Day weekend, First Republic Bank transferred around 800,000 accounts to its new owner. However, customers are not happy with the quality of service provided by the new owner, JPMorgan Chase. Previously known for making customers feel special, First Republic Bank’s customers are now complaining about the switch to JPMorgan Chase accounts.
