Truliant opening first Davidson County branch in Lexington

Truliant Federal Credit Union in Winston-Salem announced on Friday that it had opened a new branch at Lexington.

Truliant reports that construction is underway at 140 Lowes Boulevard, and the project is scheduled to open by October.

Truliant's 37th office will have five employees. Truliant will employ five people at its 37th office.

Kim Alderman is the vice president of member experience. She said, "We've had a large base of members for many years in Davidson County." We look forward to building stronger connections in the region and providing more convenient access Truliant's service.

Truliant opened branches in Graham, North Carolina and High Point since 2021. It has recently expanded its branch network to the Upstate region of South Carolina.

Truliant was founded in 1952 and has 30 branches in the Carolinas, Virginia, and North Carolina. It serves more than 300,000. According to the National Credit Union Service Organization, it's the third-largest credit union in North Carolina.
