Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become one of the most popular and disruptive technologies today.

It's important to gauge how people feel about it, because it can have a drastic impact on society.

The following infographic will help you to understand the importance of data.

To see how AI attitudes vary by country. We can determine the differences in attitudes towards AI by including GDP per capita for each country.

Wealthier populations are more sceptical about the products and services using technology.

Data and Methodologies

The data presented here is based upon a survey conducted in 28 countries, involving 19,504 adults between the ages of 18 and 74. The polling was conducted between November and December of 2021 and the results were released in January 2022.

This survey was conducted before the recent explosion of popularity of

AI generative

ChatGPT, DALLE and Midjourney are examples of tools that people use, but it is the basis for how they view this rapidly evolving technology.

In developing economies, such as China, there is a higher proportion of agriculture and industry employment. Advanced economies like the U.S. tend to be more service-oriented. These structural differences could influence how people perceive AI.
